Privacy and Record Keeping

To offer you insurance advice and products we will be required to gather certain personal information. This will include, but not be limited to, health and financial information.

Indirect collection of personal information can occur when an independent third party refers a client or lead to us The third party and/or your adviser will inform you, as per the Information Privacy Principle 3A, the rights as below.

This information will only be used for the purpose that it is intended and that is to offer advice, implement and service your insurance policies. None of your personal details will ever be sold, rented or made available to any party not directly related to implementing and managing your policy.

Your details will only be accessible to authorised staff operating within strict guidelines and are kept on our systems which are cloud based and protected by double authentication security.

As pre the Privacy Act 2020, you are entitled to access any information that we hold about you. Please note that your details may also be made available to any legal, compliance or audit advisers who conduct reviews of our professional standards from time to time.

We are required by law to retain Financial Advice Records for a minimum of seven years after the advice is given.
